Terms of Service

1. The service

SunoShaper is a web-based musical workflow tool designed to help users define musical direction, instrumentation, Lead, structure, presets and related instructions before generating audio with third-party services such as Suno.

SunoShaper does not itself generate audio and does not guarantee any particular result from Suno or any other third-party generative system.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use SunoShaper on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Some features require sign-in through Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for activity performed through your SunoShaper account.

3. Acceptable use

You may use SunoShaper only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• use automated systems to abuse the service, bypass limits or consume resources unfairly;
• use SunoShaper to create or facilitate unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content;
• misrepresent SunoShaper, its outputs or your relationship with the service.

4. AI credits and payments

SunoShaper may provide included or paid AI credits. One credit is used only when SunoShaper AI produces a valid result. Current prices and credit quantities are displayed before purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with mandatory consumer law and the conditions presented at purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. User content and generated text

You retain responsibility for the musical ideas, text, lyrics, presets and other material you submit. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to use that material.

You are responsible for reviewing generated text before using it. Generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to material produced for other users.

6. Intellectual property

SunoShaper, its interface, branding, software, databases, preset systems and original site content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service.

You may use and adapt the text generated for your account, subject to applicable law and any rights of third parties. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the SunoShaper service or its underlying technology.

7. Preset import and export

SunoShaper may allow presets to be imported and exported. You are responsible for verifying imported files and for keeping your own backups. We do not guarantee compatibility with every past or future version.

8. Third-party services

SunoShaper relies on or connects with third-party services, including Google, Supabase, payment providers and Suno. Their separate terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

SunoShaper is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Suno or Google.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, improve the service, comply with law or address technical requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Material changes to these Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or infrastructure, enforce these Terms or comply with legal obligations. You may stop using SunoShaper at any time.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunoShaper is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Musical and AI-generated results are inherently variable. You remain responsible for creative, legal and commercial decisions based on the service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SunoShaper is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity or results produced by third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Where consumer law grants access to a competent local court or dispute mechanism, those rights remain unaffected.
